Job Title: Zoho Manager 
Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Zoho Manager to spearhead the full-scale migration of our jewelry business operations into the Zoho ecosystem—including inventory, customer database, sales tracking, invoicing, and third-party integrations.
After successful implementation, the ideal candidate will continue to maintain and optimize the system for long-term growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
 - Strategize and execute the migration of legacy systems into Zoho applications (Zoho Inventory, CRM, Books, and Invoices)
  - Ensure seamless data transfer of customer information, inventory SKUs, order history, and billing systems
  - Set up user roles, permissions, and workflows in Zoho One
  - Integrate Zoho with third-party platforms for e-commerce, shipping, payment, and communication
  - Train internal stakeholders on Zoho functionalities and best practices
  - Provide continuous system administration, upgrades, and issue resolution
  - Develop reports and dashboards for business performance tracking
  
Qualifications
 - Minimum 2 years of hands-on Zoho experience across Zoho CRM, Inventory, Books, Desk, and Creator
  - Proven track record in full-cycle Zoho migration projects and post-launch system management
  - Proficient in Deluge scripting, client-side scripting (JavaScript), and building custom workflows
  - Experience in integrating APIs and tools like QuickBooks, Shopify, Google Workspace, and Slack
  - Skilled in automation platforms like Zapier, Make (Integromat), or Pabbly
  - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  - Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken)
  - Preferably male, based in the Philippines or Europe for time zone alignment
  
Location: Remote (Preferred: Philippines or Europe) 
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST 
Compensation: $650/month
