About the Client
Our client is a profitable, independent SaaS company managing a portfolio of global B2C subscription-based products (digital tools, productivity, and lifestyle apps).
The company operates fully remotely across Europe and the Middle East, building and scaling its own high-volume digital products worldwide.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Lead - a hands-on expert who combines deep technical knowledge of Google Ads and Meta with a strategic, ROI-driven mindset.
You’ll take ownership of performance marketing across several SaaS products, driving user acquisition and revenue growth in multiple markets.

This is not a generic PPC role - we’re looking for someone who can build scalable systems, drive measurable results, and ensure compliance at scale.

What You’ll Be Doing


  • Plan, launch, and scale campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and UAC, optimizing for CAC, ROAS, and payback period.


  • Manage multi-country, multi-language campaigns, ensuring localization and platform compliance.


  • Work closely with product, analytics, and creative teams to improve trial-to-paid conversion and retention.


  • Analyze performance data using GA4, Looker Studio, and spreadsheets to identify growth opportunities.


  • Proactively handle Google Ads policies, business verification, and disapprovals.


  • Build scalable workflows and best practices to support future marketing growth.


What Makes You a Great Fit


  • 6+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, including Google Ads (Search, PMax) and Meta.


  • Proven success managing large daily budgets and optimizing for profitability, not just spend.


  • Experience with B2C SaaS / subscription-based products and short decision cycles (trial → paid).


  • Deep understanding of CAC, ROAS, LTV, and revenue-driven optimization.


  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, Excel.


  • Excellent communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate+).


  • Bonus: experience with Microsoft Ads, UAC, or affiliate marketing.
