**Full-time on site/hybrid (Lviv) or remote (countrywide employment)**



In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise to develop functionalities(UX/UI, process redesign/rethinking, optimization and automation) to expend a request & task management tool.

You’ll use your skills to drive continuous improvement practices within the Tech Innovation domain applied to Marketing Processes.

You will use your wide technical background and experience developing tech solutions to take a hands-on approach to analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including solution and portfolio architects, technical experts and Security & Compliance teams and implement changes to optimize efficiency and productivity in our processes and frameworks.

Overall, you have the opportunity to lead and bring your technical expertise and process analysis skills to enhance the efficiency and value of the Marketing Processes.



**Key Responsibilities:**



· Your main customer is Integrated Marketing Services, a unit which provides technology enabled services to the different business units and Markets across the company.



· Provides deep specialist guidance and support in back-end, front-end & API development (also including exploring and implementing artificial intelligence, robotic process automation, agentic AI, etc…)



· Supports the integration of solutions with various technologies



· Supports and influences the technical activity (design, build, testing) in significant or complex workflows.



· Recommends improvements for service effectiveness and efficiency using emerging technologies and methods.



· Advises the product team on optimal technology solutions, aligning business and technical visions.



· Develops and reviews standards, documentation, and working methods in their expertise.



· Conducts preliminary studies and creates system specifications.



· Evaluates options and applies sound judgment to develop specialized solutions.



· Ensures operational readiness by defining global procedures and processes.



· Meets IT customer and consumer requirements while maintaining service quality and considering cost-effectiveness.



· Serve as the subject matter expert on innovation for Marketing processes, providing guidance and recommendations on implementation, of IT systems and tools to optimize processes and deliver value to the business



· Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for Marketing process improvement.



· Collaborate with innovation teams or other operational teams related to Marketing Operations.



· Collaborate with the relevant IT product managers to ensure solutions are implemented to meet business requirements.



· Provide ongoing support and maintenance for new tools and processes.



Collaborate with all stakeholders including external partners (solutions vendors, agencies), who will be contributing to the marketing operations requirements.



**Skills Required:**



· Development of front-end that is user friendly, easy to maintain, secured and highly performant



· APIs and system integration



· Understanding of Marketing processes and ability to translate it into application requirements.



· Familiarity with marketing workflows and processes, content platforms (DAM, Drupal, CRM platforms, Social Media Platforms) and new Technlogies applied to Marketing operations (AI technologies), automation (RPA).



· Experience in working with IT consumers, understanding requirements and opportunities and translating them into solutions and taste-testing minimum viable products.



· Continuous Integration and Deployment: Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools for automating software build, test, and deployment processes.



· Performance Optimization: Knowledge of techniques and tools for optimizing software performance, including profiling, code review, and performance testing.



· Documentation and Technical Writing: Strong skills in documenting technical specifications, system architecture, and user guides, facilitating knowledge sharing and future maintenance.



· Data Analytics and Business Intelligence: Familiarity with data analytics tools, data visualization



· Logical and algorithmic thinking.



· Strong problem-solving skills.Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello



· Understanding of Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) - Discovery methodologies, Design thinking and Design validation approach.



· Familiarity with digital marketing tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.



· Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Mural, Visio



**What will make you successful?**



· Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, management information systems, or related field is an advantage.



· 5+ years of significant administrative responsibility provisioning, configuring, and managing cloud hosted services/on-premise platforms in workflow technologies.



· Comprehensive experience with databases (in the cloud and on-premises) and practical programming skills.



· Experience with JS frameworks.



· HTML, CSS, JavaScript experience.



· Knowledge of SSO, RBAC, MFA in Azure AD, and modern authentication.



· Experience in master data modelling and classification of data.



· Awareness of cybersecurity threats and best practices.



· Proficiency in defining and delivering MVPs quickly with high adoption rates.Project Management



· Experience in application development that demonstrates thorough knowledge of the Product Development Life Cycle



· Experience working in an Agile/DevOps environment using design thinking methodology Experience communicating with all levels, management, engineering, and end users.



· Experience having worked in a global environment, collaboratively with cross-functional & virtual teams.
